Founder - Mahmoud Ibrahim
Mahmoud Ibrahim (M.Sc. Mechatronics) is the founder of MCT Solutions and brings many years of hands-on experience in project management and business development roles.
For several years, he has been successfully active in the German market – both in technical environments and in supporting companies with market entry and growth.
After completing his Master’s degree in Mechatronics at Hochschule Augsburg, he held various roles at technology companies in Germany, including KUKA Robotics and MKS Instruments. During this time, he gained valuable experience in process optimization, customer support, technical consulting, and international project management. Since 2023, he has started as a freelance project engineer, and helped many companies through their journey in Germany and the EU. Today, he applies this knowledge at MCT – with the goal of being not just a service provider, but a reliable and equal partner for clients. His network of experienced professionals in software development, DevOps, and fiber network planning stands for competence, quality, and trust.
Ahmed Ali
Mohammed brings more than 20 years of international experience in telecommunications and network engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale projects for leading organizations including Vodafone Germany, ZTE, and Telecom Egypt. His expertise covers fiber-optic network planning, transmission networks (SDH, DWDM, and OTN), and project management.
During his time at Vodafone Germany, he led engineering teams responsible for transmission network planning and fiber deployment projects, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery. He has also collaborated closely with global technology leaders such as Huawei, Siemens, and Avaya, further strengthening his technical and organizational expertise.
As Co-Founder of MCT Solutions, Mohammed contributes deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a results-driven approach to support clients with innovative solutions and the successful delivery of complex international projects.
Fiber Network Planning Engineer & Project Manager – Mostafa Fawzy
Mostafa Fawzy Madany is a Fiber Network Planning Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Vodafone Germany in network planning and expansion projects. During his work with VOIS, he gained extensive experience using modern planning tools such as GK-Tool, Cramer, and Planning Network Inventory, as well as ticketing systems including BMC Remedy, Jira, and TTWOS. He contributed to telecommunications infrastructure projects across Southern and Western Germany.
Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the American University in Cairo and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree at the same institution. His expertise includes fiber network planning, network design, project coordination, and strong programming and simulation skills using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
At MCT Solutions, Mostafa contributes international project experience, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to support telecommunications and IT projects with high-quality engineering solutions.
