Founder - Mahmoud Ibrahim
Mahmoud Ibrahim (M.Sc. Mechatronics) is the founder of MCT Solutions and brings many years of hands-on experience in project management and sales.
For several years, he has been successfully active in the German market – both in technical environments and in supporting companies with market entry and growth.
After completing his Master’s degree in Mechatronics at Hochschule Augsburg, he held various roles at technology companies in Germany, including KUKA Robotics and MKS Instruments. During this time, he gained valuable experience in process optimization, customer support, technical consulting, and international project management.
Today, he applies this knowledge at MCT – with the goal of being not just a service provider, but a reliable and equal partner for clients. His network of experienced professionals in software development, DevOps, and fiber network planning stands for competence, quality, and trust.
Co-Founder – Mohammed Sadek
Mohammed Sadek brings over 20 years of international experience in telecommunications and network engineering. He has managed large-scale projects for leading companies such as Vodafone Germany, ZTE, and Telecom Egypt, with expertise spanning fiber planning, transmission networks (SDH, DWDM, OTN), and project management.
At Vodafone Germany, he successfully led teams of engineers in both transmission planning and fiber rollout projects, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery. His career includes global training and collaboration with industry leaders like Huawei, Siemens, and Avaya, strengthening his technical and managerial expertise.
As co-founder of MCT Solutions, Mohammed leverages his deep technical background and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions and support complex international projects with precision and reliability.
Fiber Optics Planning Engineer and Project Manager - Mostafa Madany
Mostafa Madany is a Fiber Optics Planning Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Vodafone Germany in network planning and deployment. At _VOIS, he worked extensively with advanced planning tools (GK-Tool, Cramer, Planning Network Inventory) and ticketing systems (BMC Remedy, Jira, TTWOS), contributing to communication infrastructure projects across Southern and Western Germany.
Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from The American University in Cairo and is currently pursuing his Master of Science at AUC. His expertise includes fiber optics planning, network design, and project coordination, complemented by strong programming and simulation skills in MATLAB, Python, and C++.
At MCT Solutions, Mostafa brings international project experience, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset to support telecom and IT projects with high-quality engineering solutions.
