Requirements:
 

We are specifically looking for candidates who already have:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

• Existing professional network and industry contacts

• Experience in AI, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, ERP-System, and Software Development, digital services, or technology sectors

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently acquire projects and clients

• Professional understanding of client requirements and project workflows

• Self-motivation and result-oriented mindset
   

Responsibilities:
 

• Identify and approach potential clients and business partners

• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Present MCT Solutions’ services professionally

• Negotiate and support project acquisition processes

• Coordinate with the MCT Solutions team during project discussions

• Help secure contracts and long-term cooperation opportunities
